Auto Recharge: Automatically Purchase Credits

The Auto Recharge feature automatically purchases additional credits when your account balance falls below a specified amount. This ensures you never run out of credits when you need them most.
How to Enable Auto Recharge
1. Go to the Billing Page
• Navigate to your account’s Billing page.
• Find the Auto Recharge section.
• Toggle the Auto Recharge switch to turn it on.
2. Set the Trigger Amount
• In the field labeled If your credit balance drops below the following amount, enter the balance threshold that triggers an automatic recharge.
• Important: This amount should be at least 1000.
3. Select the Credits Package
• From the dropdown labeled …then purchase the following amount of credits, select the credits package to be automatically purchased.
• These credits are a one-time purchase each time your balance drops below the specified threshold, and they do not expire.
• If you have a custom pricing plan not listed here, please contact your account manager to discuss adding it.
4. Add a Payment Method
• Click Add a payment method to enter or select the credit card or other payment option to be used for Auto Recharge.
5. Save Your Settings
• Click Save to confirm all changes.
• Your Auto Recharge feature is now enabled and will replenish credits as needed.

1. Does Auto Recharge work immediately once enabled?
Yes. After you save your settings, the feature will trigger automatically whenever your balance falls below the specified threshold.
2. Can I change the recharge amount or credits package later?
Absolutely. Simply return to the Billing page, adjust your settings, and save again.
3. What if I have a custom plan or pricing arrangement?

4. Do automatically purchased credits expire?
No. Credits purchased through Auto Recharge do not expire, and you can use them anytime.
