To speed up the processing of your reward application, please follow these steps to take a proper screenshot of your review on G2:
1. Write your review here: https://www.g2.com/products/bounceban/take_survey
2. Go to your "My Reviews" page: https://www.g2.com/users/~?tab=my_reviews#main
3. Capture a full screenshot that shows both your name and the review content. Here’s a sample screenshot for reference:
Go back to the G2 review program to attach the screenshot and then click Send proof:
Once we receive your request, we’ll aim to credit your account within one business day.
