How do I manage my subscriptions and billing information?

To manage your subscription, navigate to the billing page by clicking your account name in the top-right corner and selecting "Billing." On that page, you'll find your current plan details and a full history of your invoices and receipts.


To manage your subscription (cancel subscription), update payment methods, or edit billing information, click the "Manage Billing on Stripe" button. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe page to make any changes.

To downgrade your plan, simply cancel your current subscription and purchase a new one. This will reset your billing cycle to the current date, and your new credit balance will be available immediately. Since unused credits from your canceled plan remain valid and do not expire, we do not offer refunds on previous subscriptions.
