Troubleshooting: Unable to Log In with Google

If you are experiencing issues when trying to log in with the "Continue with Google" option, you can still access your account by logging in with your email and a password. Don't worry, all your data, credits, and history are safely tied to your email address.

Please follow these steps to regain access:

Step 1: Create a Password for Your BounceBan Account

When you sign up using a social login like Google, a password is not always created for your BounceBan account. You'll need to set one up first.

1. Navigate to the password reset page:

   • https://bounceban.com/account/reset/password

2. Enter the email address that is associated with your Google account.

3. Check your email inbox for a password reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Step 2: Log In Using Your Email

Once your new password has been set, you can log in to your account.

1. Go to the standard email login page:

   • https://bounceban.com/account/signin

2. Enter your Google account's email address and the new password you just created.

3. Click "Sign In".

You should now be successfully logged into your BounceBan dashboard with full access to your account.
